This choice allowed him to discover exciting professions and to have the chance to meet on his way professionals who taught him the taste for effort and the value of work. After several years of training and professional activity, Paul chooses to move, on Polynesian lands, towards the profession of condominium management.

He was thus able to discover, in an unusual way, a very rich and stimulating profession. Indeed, few professions offer such a diversity of subjects: building technology, real estate law, accounting, social aspects, human resources, management…

Back in mainland France, he had the opportunity to perfect his acquisitions and quickly move to profit center management positions, notably with responsibility for 8,000 condos.

Armed with these experiences, he subsequently chose to enter the world of entrepreneurship by creating his own management company, allowing him to apply his own vision of the profession. This first experience, which proved to be very rich in both good and bad situations, allowed him to draw virtues from failure, and it is in particular on these reflections that the Galilehos group model was built.

After 5 years of professional training in the real estate field which enabled him to understand his challenges and to know his expectations, and thanks to a rich experience in France of 8 years in positions of responsibility for companies of residence management and property development, Julien likes to consider that our job is not only to manage issues, but also, and above all, to provide preventive solutions to our customers.
In this approach, and thanks to our multiple activities, he wishes to collaborate with all the actors who intervene around the residences in order even to avoid the birth of these problems, and thus allow the co-owners and residents to live their daily lives in all serenity.
